Guests also have access to a small, comfortable and welcoming refreshment area, designed for relaxing moments, with coffee, herbal teas, flavored water, and tea sweets, for a peaceful break in true boutique style.
Inside the building, accessible via an automatic gate, are available (for a surcharge) 2.60 x 5.60 m garage spaces.

The private and independent bathrooms, modern and elegant, feature marble floors and walls, giving them a refined and luminous look. They feature a large, floor-to-ceiling glass walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer, designed to offer maximum comfort in a highly prestigious environment.

PRESTIGE ROOM is located in the strategic Famagosta area of Milan and enjoys excellent transport links thanks to the adjacent M2 Famagosta metro station and major public transport options, allowing for easy access to the city center. The famous Navigli canals are just a few minutes away, ideal for a romantic stroll along the canals, past restaurants, and traditional aperitif bars. The location is also particularly convenient for those attending events at the Assago Forum, about 30 minutes from the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium. Superstudio, IULM and Bocconi universities, and San Paolo Hospital are also nearby, making the property ideal for both leisure stays and professional or healthcare needs. From here, it’s also easy to reach Milan’s main attractions, such as the Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the Sforza Castle, and the main shopping and cultural districts.
